UPDATE 12/19/2011:  As required by the Waterfront Revitalization of Coastal Areas and Inland Waterways Act (Executive Law, Article 42), state, federal, and regional agencies, and adjacent municipalities, are asked to provide comments on the draft LWRP by February 1, 2012.  The document is posted on-line (http://nyswaterfronts.com/LWRP.asp).
