Sewer Rehabilitation & Replacement Project:

April 22, 2013:  The Village of Clayton is seeking bids for its Sewer Rehabilitation and Replacement Project.  Details are contained in the Bid Notice document below. 

01/14/2013 Bid Opening:

                Clerk-Treasurer Miller opened the one bid received, from Gillbuilt Transportation.  Trustee Honeywell presented a MOTION to accept the bid submitted by Gillbuilt Transportation for sludge hauling from February 1, 2013 through January 31, 2014, at a rate of $.0525 to the Carthage plant and $.0425 to the Watertown plant, per the service contract.  Trustee Burke seconded; the motion was carried.  This represents a slight increase over the 2012-2013 contract rates ($.05 per gallon to Carthage and $.04 to Watertown).
