FLAGS TO BE FLOWN AT HALF-STAFF

 

By order of President Barack Obama, flags must be lowered to half-staff

immediately in memory of Senator Edward M. Kennedy who died late Tuesday night.

 

Effective:  Immediately

 

Flags are to remain at half staff for a period of five days and will return to full staff at sunset Sunday, August 30, 2009
